This website and our booking system are intended for use by individuals aged 18 or over. If you are booking on behalf of a child or dependant, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Bookings and Appointments

Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline an appointment where clinically appropriate, and will contact you directly if this happens.

Prescriptions

We dispense only valid prescriptions issued by UK-registered prescribers, in line with GPhC and MHRA regulations, and reserve the right to refuse to dispense where we have reasonable clinical or legal concerns.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account or booking profile with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Regulatory Compliance

Alisha Pharmacy operates under UK pharmaceutical regulations, including those set by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Rajendra Patel (GPhC No. 2040417).
