Your sexual health matters. Alisha Pharmacy provides free, confidential condom supplies for eligible under-25s through the NHS C-Card scheme. We no longer carry out chlamydia testing in-pharmacy — for a free NHS chlamydia or STI test kit, order online from Sexual Health London and it will be posted to you discreetly.

Free Condom Supplies (C-Card Scheme)
Patients aged under 25 can collect free condoms from our pharmacy team as part of the NHS C-Card scheme — just ask us discreetly in-pharmacy, no appointment needed.
Chlamydia & STI Testing
We no longer offer chlamydia testing at the pharmacy. Free NHS chlamydia and STI test kits are available by post through Sexual Health London (SHL), the NHS-commissioned online sexual health service for London — order a kit online and it will be delivered to you discreetly.
What Happens if I Test Positive?
If you order a test kit from Sexual Health London and test positive, their clinical team will give you confidential advice on treatment and next steps, including informing recent sexual partners so they can be tested too.

As well as patients from Chiswick itself, we regularly see patients from Hammersmith, Ealing, Richmond and Brentford for free condoms & sexual health support. We're based on Acton Lane, Chiswick W4, just off the A4/Chiswick High Road, making us an easy stop whichever of these areas you're visiting from.
