What Is a Dosette Box?
A dosette box (also called a compliance aid or multi-compartment box) organises your regular medicines into clearly labelled compartments for each day and time of day — morning, lunch, evening and night — making it easier to see at a glance what to take and when.
Who Is This Service For?
It’s especially helpful for patients taking several regular medicines, those who’ve had trouble remembering doses, and family carers supporting a relative’s medication routine.
How Do We Set It Up?
Our pharmacy team reviews your current medicines with your GP surgery, then fills your dosette box each cycle so it’s ready to collect or, where arranged, delivered to you.
What About Medicines That Can’t Go in a Box?
Some medicines — such as liquids, inhalers, or those that need to stay in their original packaging — are supplied separately alongside your dosette box, with clear labelling so nothing is missed.
Ongoing Support
We keep your dosette box updated whenever your prescription changes, and our team is always available if you or a carer have questions about your medicines.

What our patients say
Trusted by the Chiswick community
“I’ve been using Alisha pharmacy for 20 years now. I have other pharmacies nearer to my home, but I always use Alisha because Raj and all the rest of the team there are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. They obviously really care about what they do. A local gem.”
— P Hall, Google Review
“Raj the pharmacist runs a service of excellence and care to his local community. He and his team go above and beyond and know their community. The standard has always been exemplary. Would be such a tragedy to lose all of this to something impersonal and generic.”
— Harika Basharan, Google Review
